How do I find my best size?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They are located in the FIT section on the product description page.
How do I check my order status?
You may use the tracking number provided or log in to your account to check your order status.
How do I cancel an order?
Submit your request here with the subject line “Cancel Order Request”. We will try our best to cancel your order if it has not yet been fulfilled. However, once shipped we will not be able to process the cancellation.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed before 2pm EST M-F will be processed for shipping the same day. Orders made after 2pm EST M-F will ship the following business day. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders with promo code. We offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, and UAE.
When will I receive my order?
You can receive your order within 5-8 business days from the time your order is processed. We will provide an order confirmation and tracking number for ease in following.
Do you ship worldwide?
While we can't wait to serve SaaRii lovers all over the world, we currently only ship internationally to Canada, Australia, and UAE for a discounted shipping rate of $35.
Is international customs duty included in the price?
Prices do not include duty, therefore customers are responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that may be applied by your local customs. These charges vary depending on the country and if you are unsure we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information. We do not accept any returns due to these fees or any other import issues.
What is your return & exchange policy?
If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your order, please submit your request on our contact form with the subject RETURN/EXCHANGE & your order number within 14 days of receipt for full refund or exchange. Your return must be unwashed and unworn and must be returned in its original condition, including tags and packaging. We reserve the right to deny refunds for merchandise which has been washed, worn, altered, or damaged in any way. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds are returned to the original method of payment. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Please allow 48 hrs for return processing after our receipt of merchandise. Exchange orders are shipped to the original order address.
Do you offer international returns?
We accept international returns at the sender's expense if the item is returned within 15 days of receipt. Contact us to notify us of the return and tracking information.
An item I love is out of stock. Will you restock?
We are frequently assessing our inventory of fan favorites. If you’d like to be notified if/when an item will be restocked, please contact us with “Notify Me When Available” in the subject line and indicate the item and size in your message, and we'll respond as soon as possible.
