When I launched the first SaaRii blazer collection earlier in March, I honestly didn’t know what to expect.

As a small independent designer, every new product launch feels equal parts exciting and nerve wracking. Months of sourcing fabrics, refining silhouettes, creating tech packs, and working closely with factories all lead up to one moment: sharing the piece with the world and hoping it resonates.

To my delight, the response was incredible. The Madhubani art printed Kala and the patchwork brocade Rani blazers sold out quickly within two months. What made this milestone even more meaningful was that these weren’t trend driven pieces. They were designed with the SaaRii philosophy at heart: timeless silhouettes infused with heritage textiles and craftsmanship that could be worn for years to come.

The overwhelming response confirmed something I’ve believed from the beginning: there is a desire for clothing that feels both modern and meaningful. Because of your support, I’m thrilled to be expanding the blazer collection.

Joining the lineup are two new styles: the Neelam Blazer, crafted with sheer Benarasi Zari buttis with Zari border and the Noor Blazer, featuring delicate Chikankari embroidery that celebrates one of India’s most treasured textile traditions. And for everyone who missed out the first time around, I’m also restocking the Rani & Kala Blazers, two of SaaRii’s most loved pieces.

As always, these will be produced in small quantities. I firmly believe fashion doesn’t need more overproduction. Every SaaRii piece is created thoughtfully, with the goal of becoming a lasting part of your wardrobe rather than something worn for a season and forgotten.

Thank you for making this possible. What began as an idea to reimagine South Asian textiles for modern everyday wear continues to grow because of this incredible community. I can’t wait to share these new blazers with you.
